Rihanna on Current Hairstyle: 'I Miss My Short Hair'

The singer said she's bored of her long hair and wants to change it up.



Rihanna isn’t afraid of experimenting with her style, and the singer always manages to pull off what would make mere mortals look crazy. When it comes to her hair, RiRi will sport one cut today and then wow us with a completely different look tomorrow. She’s been stepping out with the same long ‘do for quite a bit now, and when people magazine asked her if she was liking her latest hairstyle, the songstress admitted that she wasn’t feeling it anymore.
“I miss my short hair,” the singer said at the M.A.C Cosmetics premiere of It’s Not Over in Los Angeles. “Right now the inspiration behind the long hair is being completely bored. I don’t feel like it’s necessary to do something new or dope, I’m just in the studio.”
RiRi, who said her favorite hairstyle was just “short,” was tight-lipped about what she’s been working so hard on that she’s letting her look go for the moment, though we have to add that she still looks fabulous with her long, jet black hair. One could argue that her coy response is a hint that fans shouldn’t be surprised if she turns up with a whole new look soon. Well, she should know that by now, we wouldn’t expect anything less.
